Student Profile Helper

A Web utility for making beautiful, easy-to-read student profile sheets from the output of a Google Form. It works by uploading a CSV file you’ve exported from Google Sheets, and selecting the fields you want to show up on the student profile sheets. It will then generate a single page per line in the CSV file.

You can use this tool in one of two ways:

• Download and run this locally (great if you want absolute and complete control over student data):
  • Download the HTML page
    • After clicking the link, click the “Download raw file” button, which will save it locally
    • 
• You can also use it here by clicking on the link: Student Profile Helper. All processing happens in your browser. No file is ever uploaded to a server. No student data is stored by the page or its helper scripts.
• You can try out the tool using fake sample data, which can be found here:
  • Download the sample student CSV file
    • After clicking the link, click the “Download raw file” button, which will save it locally
• When you’re ready to use it with actual student data, export a CSV file from the Google Sheet created from the Google Form responses, then upload the CSV to the tool.

This tool was built using Claude. Please don’t use this tool if you have qualms about using code created with AI tools.

Privacy

All processing happens in your browser. No file is ever uploaded to a server.
